Spot on: a calm perspective and structured thinking

As a temporary cover in the orchestra office, Sebastian Juen has been handling administrative and communications tasks at Les Passions de l'Âme since May 2026.

He brings extensive experience in dramaturgy and cultural production. After positions at the Innsbrucker Festwochen der Alten Musik and the Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck, he most recently worked at Konzert und Theater St. Gallen as dramaturg and assistant to the artistic director of spoken theatre. Following this chapter in spoken theatre dramaturgy, he has now returned to his roots in early music, accompanied by the Executive Master in Arts Administration (EMAA), which he has been pursuing at the University of Zurich since 2025.

Thomas Tschudin is responsible for Les Passions de l'Âme’s music library.

Born and raised on the Bödeli in the Bernese Oberland, he graduated from high school in Thun with a major in music. This was followed by studies in musicology and history at the University of Bern from 2019. He holds an auxiliary assistantship at the Institute of Musicology and works for the Swiss Music Research Society - Bern Section. Additionally, he gives a tutorial in harmony theory as well as private lessons for music and violin.

He has been learning the violin and viola since childhood and has continued his education in historically informed performance practice on the baroque violin since the beginning of his studies. He enthusiastically plays in various orchestras and chamber music ensembles.
